Most people on average have access to a fully equipped gym, while that would be the most convenient way to train, a lot of people do not have the same privilege.
This could ofcourse be your personal decision to workout from home, but you could also be a student who’s forced to workout from home or a gym with limited equipment on campus or simply have financial restrictions and can’t afford a gym membership every month
